Cancellation & Refunds (Individuals)

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by emailing info@talktalkglobal.com. If you have a free trial, cancel before it ends to avoid charges.

All payments, including trial fees and recurring charges, are non-refundable. Simply not using the service does not qualify for a refund. If canceling via email, we cannot guarantee processing before the trial ends.

If you buy a product with a free trial, you will be charged automatically after the end of the free trial.

Cancellation & Refunds (Businesses)

Corporate subscriptions can be canceled anytime by emailing info@talktalkglobal.com.

For business plans, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if the user:

  • Logs in at least 3 of the first 7 days.

  • Completes required learning activities and follows coaching recommendations.

  • Requests a refund within 7 days of subscription. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
